Office Support

Qualifications

If you enjoy variety in your daily work routine and you can provide exceptional customer service this is the job for you. Office support duties would include, but are not limited to, answering incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, filing, typing estimates, and providing administrative support. Basic knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable is recommended. This position requires great customer relation skills (both verbal and written) in working with existing and potential customers. Knowledge of Quickbooks, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Xcel are helpful.
